The role

A part time administrator is required to support the firm’s key business operations *Commercial Property.

Essential requirements secretarial/typing experience, specifically type dictation, letter and reports. Experience with uploading details to Rightmove.

Service Delivery

You will provide a consistent point of contact for clients and the team ensuring a high level of customer service, confidentiality and business continuity.

Diary Coordination Secretarial & Services

You will be responsible for management of the surveyor’s diaries to ensure the business operates efficiently and occasional transcription duties may be required to support the surveying operations.

Document Publishing

You will help format and produce electronic and paper letters and reports on a daily basis. Attention to detail is key to ensure all documentation reflects the quality of our work and conforms to our corporate identity.

Data Management

You will take the lead on registering and logging client information along with maintaining compliance records, business record, archives and business systems in compliance with government legislation and business service standards.

Administrator:

Formal qualifications relevant to the role would be an advantage but are not essential. Proven experience in a similar role is essential.

Knowledge, skills and experience required:

Relevant qualification and/or experience.

Proven experience and/or qualifications for Microsoft Office programmes.

Sound knowledge of administration work. Experience working within a surveying or property related firm is desirable but not essential.

Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Strong customer service focus and ability to maintain long term client relationships.

Ability to articulate information verbally and in formal written formats.

Flexibility to work individually and as part of a team.

Good communication skills and experience communicating with clients, consultants and other stakeholders.
