Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Procurement Administrator to join Nottinghamshire County Council on an initial 3 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The Role:
- Negotiating with external suppliers on price and delivery for goods and services.
- Provide estimations, costs, purchase orders, completing orders for invoicing and entering job details in to the MIS to create technical specifications on works orders.
- Monitor project budgets and workloads and provide progress reports.
- Manage the technical specifications of all the print services; including fulfilment, direct marketing, variable data, mailing and distribution.
- Support in the management and maintenance of a document repository system, admin systems and processes and business critical stock levels.
- Quality assures goods and services and proofs prior to full production and customer receipt.
Requirements:
- Experience of working in Graphics, Procurement, Print, or Digital Services
- Experience of operating and producing, interpreting and presenting management information.
- Excellent IT skills.
