A reputable construction business is looking for a part-time receptionist to join their office in Nottingham.

Job Duties:

Welcoming visitors and directing them appropriately
Answering and forwarding phone calls
Managing emails, letters, and other correspondence
Assisting with general administrative tasks
Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
Excellent communication skills in person and via phone and email
Proficiency with IT and office equipment
Strong organisational skills

Experience:

Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role

Knowledge and Skills:

Good understanding of office procedures
Ability to multi task and prioritise tasks effectively
Attention to detail

Working Conditions:
