A reputable construction business is looking for a part-time receptionist to join their office in Nottingham.
Job Duties:- Welcoming visitors and directing them appropriately
- Answering and forwarding phone calls
- Managing emails, letters, and other correspondence
- Assisting with general administrative tasks
- Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in person and via phone and email
- Proficiency with IT and office equipment
- Strong organisational skills
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
Knowledge and Skills:- Good understanding of office procedures
- Ability to multi task and prioritise tasks effectively
- Attention to detail
