We have great opportunity to join our team as a Heavy Vehicle Tutor working on this apprenticeship programme from a college in Nottinghamshire.

As a Heavy Vehicle Tutor you will have a wealth of knowledge in the automotive industry and can provide engaging lessons that are tailored to learners specific needs and interests. You will be an excellent communicator and will have a real passion for Heavy Vehicles

The heavy vehicle tutor will cover a wide range of topics, including:

Vehicle maintenance and repair
Engine performance and tuning
Diagnostics and fault finding
Electrical systems and wiring
Safety and regulations

Qualifications and Experience

Level 3 qualifications in Motor Vehicle Repair
Experience working on Heavy Vehicles
Minimum Level 2 Math and English
A Teaching qualification or a willingness to complete one in-service
Classroom experience or experience working with apprentices would be advantageous
