Do you have a passion for vehicles and perfection and a love for problem-solving? We are looking for an experienced Mechanic / Vehicle Technician to join a specialist team, maintaining and repairing a prestigious fleet, including Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Ford, Mercedes, and Land Rover vehicles.

Working alongside a Senior Technician, this is an opportunity to work with a high-end, well-maintained fleet, where you are trusted to ensure efficiency and safety, and more importantly make sure the fleet is presented in tip top condition. 

To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:

  • Experienced Mechanic – Previous experience in vehicle servicing & repair
  • Technical Skills – Ability to use diagnostic tools and undertake complex repairs
  • Attention to Detail – Commitment to high standards in vehicle presentation
  • Problem Solver – Ability to diagnose and fix mechanical & electrical issues
  • Team Player – Works well in a small, dedicated team environment
  • Qualifications – Formal certifications are beneficial but not essential

Within this position, you’ll also be:

  • Vehicle Maintenance & Repairs – Servicing, MOT preparation, electrical diagnostics, and repairs
  • Mechanical Fault Diagnosis – Using specialist tools to identify and fix issues
  • Engine & Transmission Work – Repairing and rebuilding complex vehicle components
  • High Presentation Standards – Ensuring every vehicle leaves in pristine condition
  • Fleet & Third-Party Repairs – Working on company and external client vehicles
  • Team Collaboration – Supporting the Senior Technician and working with an apprentice

Hours and Salary

  • Monday to Friday – no weekends
  • OT available
  • Pension

  • Annual performance bonus
