We are hiring multiple Vehicle Technicians, Mechanics, and Automotive Engineers to join our Nissan & MG or FordStore Dealership in Nottingham. Whether you are starting your career as a Prep Technician, specialize as a Triage Technician, or bring expertise as a Master Technician, we welcome applicants of all backgrounds, experiences, and skill levels.

About the Role:

As a Vehicle Technician at Sandicliffe, you will:

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to a high standard.
  • Conduct electronic visual health checks (eVHC) and provide expert recommendations to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Mentor apprentices (where applicable) and engage in ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections pre- and post-service.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs in line with MOT and manufacturer standards.
  • Diagnose vehicle issues using modern diagnostic tools.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, ensuring compliance with company and legal standards.
  • Support apprentice development and collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge.

Who We’re Looking For:

We welcome applications from individuals with:

  • A Level 3 Vehicle Technician qualification (or equivalent).
  • A full UK driving license.
  • A desire to continuously develop their skills and knowledge.

Experience with specific manufacturers is beneficial but not essential.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, with rotational Saturdays (8 am–1 pm). We understand the importance of work-life balance and are open to discussing flexible working arrangements during the interview.
