Who we need

The Electrical Team are looking for candidates who have industry and teaching experience within the field of Electrical Installation. We have two full time, permanent opportunities. Key responsibilities of the role include:

- Teaching across level 1 to level 3 qualification, both practical and theory

- Monitoring attendance and behaviour

- Marking of exams

- Progressing the learner tracker and enrichment experience

- Various upskilling opportunities e.g., assessor awards and short courses

What you’ll bring

You will have the willingness to learn, problem solve and be confident in dealing with challenging situations. Essential skills and experience include:

- Qualified in Electrical Installation to a level 3 NVQ standard

- Hold a teaching qualification or be willing to work towards

- Passionate and driven to inspire learners to achieve

- Possess excellent communication skills to effectively work across different levels

- Working collaboratively to achieve shared goals within the team and the wider college
