- Conduct water hygiene monitoring and maintenance for commercial and residential clients across the Midlands.
- Carry out risk assessments, sampling, temperature checks, and tank inspections in line with ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all work carried out.
- Provide advice and recommendations to clients on best practices for water hygiene and legionella prevention.
- Troubleshoot and resolve water hygiene-related issues as required.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Water Hygiene Technician or in a similar water treatment role.
- A good working knowledge of water treatment, water systems, and Legionella control.
- Familiarity with relevant legislation and guidelines, including ACOP L8 and HSG 274.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks to a high standard.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Full UK driving license and flexibility to travel within the Midlands region.
