About the Role

As part of the WSS UK/I sales team, you will be at the forefront of driving rental treatment sales by:

  • Building strong relationships with new and existing customers.

  • Understanding client needs and delivering tailored technical solutions.

  • Exceeding sales targets through proactive customer engagement and innovative problem-solving.

  • Identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.

  • Providing valuable market insights to support strategic development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of customers, fostering trust and long-term relationships.

  • Present compelling value propositions that align with customer requirements and stand out in the market.

  • Monitor and adapt to market trends, ensuring Xylem remains a leader in water technology solutions.

  • Maintain meticulous CRM records, ensuring accuracy in opportunities, contracts, and customer interactions.

What You’ll Bring

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical or commercial discipline (or equivalent experience).

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within the industrial or water technology sector.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first approach.

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, showcasing a commercial mindset.

  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
