Maintenance Technician (Building Fabric) - Nottingham - c33k
Our client is a well established Facilities Management company. They currently have a new requirement for an experienced Building Maintenance Engineer to join a maintenance team on a Healthcare contract across the East and West Midlands to deliver PPM and Reactive maintenance services. There are 28 sites across Derby, Leicester and Nottingham; Healthcare centres, walk in centres and Doctors Surgeries.
You will have a strong background in Carpentry / Joinery with a positive and flexible attitude to work.
Fire door experience is welcome and typical work will be reactive jobs, door, lock or window repairs, door handles, minor plastering, leaking taps or showers, replacement pipework or blocked sinks/toilets.
40 hours per week including Van, PDA, phone and 32 days Holiday inclusive of Statutory days.
