Our client is looking for a proactive Inside Sales Representative to drive customer engagement and sales growth. This role involves managing existing accounts actively promoting product lines within the UK market. This would suit someone with a little experience that wants to develop and learn with some guidance.
To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
- 1 year experience in a Sales role
- Possess a positive, tenacious attitude
- Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage priorities effectively
- Good knowledge retention and willingness to learn
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel
Within this position, you’ll also be:
- Proactively engage with customers and prospects to promote products
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients
- Identify and convert new sales opportunities across different market segments
- Generate quotes and follow up on orders monthly
- Process orders and sample requests, ensuring smooth delivery and follow-ups
- Develop an annual sales plan aligned with business goals
- Monitor sales orders in collaboration with the Customer Service team
- Recommend complementary products to maximize sales
- Provide after-sales support and technical assistance
- Act as a key liaison between departments and customers
