The Role

With increasing regulation and demand for science-backed products, we're redefining our sourcing capabilities to meet these exciting challenges.As a Sourcing Business Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in our European Sourcing Hub, working closely with Sourcing Managers and Regional Heads to drive the implementation of our Global Sourcing Roadmap. By applying advanced cost models like Total Landed Cost and Should Cost, you'll deliver actionable insights to optimise procurement, enhance supplier performance, and streamline supply chain operations.This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact, collaborating across functions to improve cost management, supplier relationships, and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Cost Optimisation:

  • Develop TLC and SC models to optimise sourcing decisions, assess supplier value, and analyse supply chain efficiency to identify cost-saving opportunities and benefits leakage.
  • Provide insights on market trends and risks to refine sourcing strategies.

Reporting & KPI Management:

  • Create reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs like cost savings, supplier performance, and procurement efficiency, ensuring transparent updates to stakeholders.
  • Support benefits realisation and long-term financial planning with actionable insights.

Process Improvement:

  • Drive sourcing efficiencies through process enhancements, automation, and advanced analytics, including the implementation of procurement tools.
  • Review purchasing controls and promote best practices across teams.

Collaboration:

    • Build strong relationships with finance, production, and supply chain teams to deliver detailed cost analysis and actionable insights.

Location: Based in Nuneaton, this is a hybrid role with a requirement to be in the office 2 days per week.

The Person

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
  • Extensive experience in sourcing analysis, including Total Landed Cost and Should Cost modeling
  • Proficiency in analytical and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Business Objects)
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain, procurement, and logistics management
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risks through market trend analysis
  • Familiarity with import/export and shipping regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
