The Role

We are looking for a deeply skilled analyst with strong commercial acumen to help us build new capability in end to end cost modelling, creating a BOM builder tool and working across our Regional Sourcing Hubs to establish best practice product should cost models and commodity price tracking tools. Using your Power BI, Business Objects or equivalent experience you will unlock value for many colleagues across the Group Technical & Sourcing Function through the creation and deployment of commercial and operational dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and KPI Management

  • Gather, analyse, and interpret data to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop financial models and turn complex datasets into compelling narratives.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership.
  • Create self-service reporting tools to ensure and drive cost optimisation and continuous improvement. Specifically
  • Total Landed Cost, Total Cost of Ownership and Should Cost models to optimise sourcing and supply route decisions
  • Provide insights on market trends and risks to refine sourcing strategies.
  • Dashboards to monitor KPIs like cost savings, supplier performance, and procurement efficiency, ensuring transparent updates to stakeholders.
  • Support benefits realisation and long-term financial planning with actionable insights.

Project Leadership

  • Initiate, lead and assure delivery of new sourcing and supply analytical tools, total cost models and ongoing commodity and opportunity tracking tools
  • Act as the analytical lead on global sourcing projects and initiatives

Strategic Support

  • Reporting directly to the Head of Sourcing for Europe, partner with the key members of the Global Sourcing & Production leadership team to synthesize market insights, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to strategic decision-making(including long range planning)

Communication and Collaboration

  • Build strong relationships with finance, production, and supply chain teams to deliver detailed cost analysis and actionable insights
  • Coordinate and manage meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure follow-up on key action items.

Location: Based in Nuneaton, this is a hybrid role with a requirement to be in the office 2 days per week.

The Person

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Relevant years of relevant experience in project management, consulting, or business analysis.
  • MBA strongly preferred but not required.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and project management tools..
