Team assistant - Nuneaton location - Perm
What You'll Do:
As a Team Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team and enhancing our operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:
Email and CRM Management:
- Manage our organisation's shared inbox, ensuring timely responses and circulation of inquiries as needed.
- utilise CRM to track and report on inquiries and opportunities effectively.
- Managing a dairy of 5 indivuals and prepping for
Customer and Sales Support:
- Assist with onboarding new customers, ensuring a smooth transition into our services.
- Prepare updates for various meetings and create engaging presentation documents.
- Review internal processes and recommend improvements to enhance our efficiency.
Service Development:
- Support the Business Development team in identifying new target companies and market areas.
- Conduct research to build and maintain prospective client lists, contributing to our growth strategy.
- Develop and nurture relationships with customers and stakeholders to foster collaboration.
- Represent the organisation at conferences and exhibitions, showcasing our commitment to compliance and sustainability
