Team assistant - Nuneaton location - Perm

What You'll Do:
As a Team Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team and enhancing our operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:

Email and CRM Management:

  • Manage our organisation's shared inbox, ensuring timely responses and circulation of inquiries as needed.
  • utilise CRM to track and report on inquiries and opportunities effectively.

Customer and Sales Support:

  • Assist with onboarding new customers, ensuring a smooth transition into our services.
  • Prepare updates for various meetings and create engaging presentation documents.
  • Review internal processes and recommend improvements to enhance our efficiency.

Service Development:

  • Support the Business Development team in identifying new target companies and market areas.
  • Conduct research to build and maintain prospective client lists, contributing to our growth strategy.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with customers and stakeholders to foster collaboration.
  • Represent the organisation at conferences and exhibitions, showcasing our commitment to compliance and sustainability
