We are currently partnering with a bespoke manufacturer who produce components for the automotive and machine construction industry. A worldwide business with a site that is longstanding that sits In the heart of Leicestershire, This site offers solutions from design and development stage all the way to production, hosting a plethora of exciting machinery both new and tenured including a mix of robotics, automated saws, lasers, presses and welding machines. This small close-knit team is searching for a maintenance manager to join their team and lead them into the future. With a number of exciting projects upcoming and recent investment of over 1.5 million pounds put into new machinery there isn't a shortage of growth in the future.

The Role:

As a maintenance manager your role will include

- Managing a team of 4 engineers, all direct reports

- Managing priorities, using the CMMS system, completing PPM/breakdowns

- TPM management, KPI, mean time between failure,

- Absence management, training, 1 to 1's and being involved in recruitment

- Facilities responsibilities including looking at reports, legionella, air quality management and being involved in monthly board meetings.

- Being involved with projects, and project management when needed

- Health and safety responsibilities, including LO/TO, risk assessments, RAMS and contractors.

You:

Our client is looking for a maintenance manager who:

- Has experience, - working in a management role –

- Leading a team of engineers, with various personalities

- Experience in a industry manufacturing environment

- A good hands-on skillset

- A good attitude to work, somebody motivated and proactive
