The Role:?? Daily outbound calls to portal leads with the goal of booking appointments for the Sales Manager?? Managing and maintaining a CRM, ensuring accurate data and targeted follow-ups?? Using tech tools to refine lead targeting and improve conversion rates?? Attending trade shows, engaging with potential clients, and following up post-event?? Speaking confidently with senior managers within warehouse and distribution settings
What We’re Looking For:? Experience in telemarketing, sales, or recruitment? Understanding of logistics, warehouses, and key decision-makers in the sector? Tech-savvy - comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools to track leads? A strong communicator who can gather details, build rapport, and book quality meetings
