Class 2 Tramper Driver

Location: West Midlands, Warwickshire, Nuneaton

Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours

Primary Industry: Logistics, Procurement, Distribution and Supply Chain

Salary: £16 - £19 Per hour

Benefits: £20 Nightly Tramping Bonus

Job Duties:

• Transport goods and materials safely and efficiently between locations
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups
• Ensure vehicle maintenance and cleanliness
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Class 2 driving licence
• CPC qualification
• Previous experience as a Class 2 Tramper Driver

Education:

• Secondary education or equivalent

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Class 2 Tramper Driver

Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent driving skills and knowledge of road safety
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• ADR certification
• Experience with electronic logging devices

Working Conditions:

• Will involve long hours and overnight stays
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects may be required
• Work in various weather conditions
