Your new company/ roleThe company is a leading Powersports dealership specialising in off-road vehicles, including ATVs, UTVs, sports, and electric models. They have established a strong reputation for excellence within the industry. Due to ongoing growth, they are looking for a Customer Manager to support the Director in managing key accounts and customers on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily customer interactions, technical queries, and sales of parts and accessories.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers for smooth operations.
- Manage sales inquiries for new and used machinery, mainly for Polaris/Agricultural customers, and occasionally support the electric/bike business.
- Manage daily administration e.g. oversee CSR systems, invoicing, order processing, and general admin tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience of working in Powersports, agriculture, 4x4, or plant machinery industry (desirable)
- Knowledge of machinery, either mechanically or in sales (desirable)
- Experience with customers, handling both businesses and individuals (essential)
- Must have a full UK driving licence.
