The Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand, content, and marketing plans
- Leverage consumer insights to drive behavior change
- Oversee marketing communications and events
- Collaborate with digital, sales teams, and external agencies
- Manage budgets and deliver measurable results
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in consumer or B2B marketing
- Proven expertise in brand management, campaign development, and customer activation
- Strong team leadership skills
- Passion for sustainability and innovation
- Commercially and financially astute
