We have a fantastic opportunity to join us as a Trade Plan Executive within the Trade Plan team. The Trade Plan Executive will play a crucial role in facilitating the execution the Commercial Trade Plan. The successful candidate will collaborate across various functions, manage multiple timelines in line with the business' Critical Path.
The Role
The Purpose of the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Trade Plan Execution: Assist in the implementation of the Commercial Trade Plan, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations and supply chain, to ensure effective execution of trade initiatives.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects and timelines, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliverables.
- Communication: Ensure clear communication to various stakeholders to ensure the efficient running of the Trade Plan processes.
- Problem Solving: Be able to identify challenges or inefficiencies in execution and proactively suggest solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Be willing to take responsibility for personal development utilising the comprehensive training opportunities on offer within the business.
Location:
Based in Nuneaton, this role operates under a hybrid model with 2 days a week on-site at CV10 7RH, supporting flexibility and productivity. There may be occasional/ad hoc travel to other hubs as well
The Person
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in a commercial environment and/or project management, is an advantage.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel and Teams. This role also uses multiple systems bespoke to Holland & Barrett for which the candidate will receive training.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills. Must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly and build networks.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of accountability.
