Sonic Summary

The Fire Alarm Service Engineer position is with a highly accredited national Fire and Electrical Company seeking talented individuals due to expansion.
The role offers a basic salary of up to £38,000, with additional overtime available at time and a half and paid travel time after 30 minutes each way.
Candidates should have over 3 years of experience in servicing and maintaining both conventional and addressable Fire Alarm Systems.
Experience in the domestic/social housing sector is preferred, along with a full UK driving licence with no points.
While FIA training or qualifications are desirable, they are not essential for applicants.

The Company: Highly accredited and reputable national Fire and Electrical Company are on the lookout for new and talented Fire Alarm Engineers due to expansion.

Package:

Basic Salary up to £38,000 basic

Overtime Available – Time and a half rates

Travel Time paid after 30 minutes travel each way.

22 days' holiday + Bank Holidays

Company Vehicle Provided - Personal use

Main Responsibilities:

Service and maintain Fire Alarm Systems – Addressable and conventional

Service and maintain Emergency Lights

Maintain Fire Extinguishers

Working in the domestic/ social housing sector

Knowledge and experience:

3 years plus experience servicing and maintaining Fire Alarm Systems, both conventional and addressable systems.

Happy to and worked with the social housing sector.

FIA Training / Qualifications being desirable but not essential

Familiar with and understand BS5839-1

Full UK driving licence – no points desired
