The Role:
We're looking for a creative and strategic Senior PR Manager to help tell our story and connect with key media, influencers, and opinion leaders. In this role, you'll lead the development and activation of PR campaigns that promote our exciting brands, drive awareness, and make wellness a way of life for everyone.
You'll report directly to the Head of PR and play a pivotal role in shaping our communications strategy, managing our press office, and ensuring the successful delivery of both proactive and reactive media activity.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead the development and implementation of 360-degree PR campaigns to increase brand awareness and media engagement.
- Create and execute insight-led PR strategies, aligning them with business goals and consumer trends.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the press office, ensuring swift and accurate responses to media inquiries.
- Foster relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and opinion leaders to elevate our brand.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, content, and social media to produce compelling PR assets.
- Manage and evaluate external PR and monitoring agencies, ensuring campaigns are tracked and measured for effectiveness.
- Handle crisis communications with confidence and accuracy, safeguarding the brand's reputation.
Location: This role is based in Nuneaton, with occasional travel to our London Hub or other H&B locations as needed. We offer hybrid working arrangements, supporting flexibility and productivity, with a requirement of at least 2 days per week in the office.
The Person:
- Proven experience in PR, ideally within the retail or wellness sector.
- Strong media and influencer relations skills, with an established network of contacts.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for creating engaging content.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to manage complex campaigns and provide innovative solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with PR agencies and managing budgets.
