Job Title: CNC Miller Programmer

Pay Rate: Up to 21.00 per hour.

The company:
Nuneaton based family-run business specializing in high-quality precision engineering services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Programme, set and operate CNC milling machines (Fanuc control systems) to produce high-quality parts.
- Programme at the machine, with a preference for experience using ONECNC.
- Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to specifications during machining processes.
- Conduct machine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues to minimize downtime.
- Work with a team to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
The Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Miller CNC Programmer
- Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and Fanuc control systems.
- Ability to programme at the machine, with preference for ONECNC knowledge.
- CAD/CAM knowledge (e.g., Edgecam, FeatureCam, Gibbs Cam) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
