Salary: Up to 18.00 per hour
Hours: Monday - Thursday 10 hour shifts days - Every Friday off

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Miller Setter Operator to join my customers team in Nuneaton team. As a CNC Miller Setter Operator, you will be responsible for the setting up and operating of computer numerical control (CNC) milling machines to produce high-quality precision components.
Responsibilities
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to set up CNC milling machines
- Select and set cutting tools, feeds, and speeds
- Monitor machine operations to ensure products meet quality standards
- Inspect and measure finished components using precision measuring tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machine operations as they arise
- Document production activities and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CNC Miller Setter Operator Preferably with experience on 3+2 axis knowledge.
- Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
- Solid understanding of CNC milling machine operations and tooling
- Understanding of Fanuc controls and Doosan VMS advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certification in CNC machining or a related field is preferred
- Set up CNC milling machines according to job specifications
- Load materials and tools into the machine
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Measure and inspect finished components for accuracy and quality
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machine operations
- Document production activities and maintain accurate records
