Contracts manager role
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the full lifecycle of contracts, including negotiation, execution, and closeout.
- Ensure compliance with all contractual terms, conditions, and company policies.
- Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain strong relationships and resolve any issues.
- Assist Project Managers in the coordination of project activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular reports on contract status and project performance to senior management.
- Lead and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and capabilities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the office fit out Industry with Construction knowledge.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
- Experience with Category A and B office fit-outs is highly desirable.
