Then this is the role for you and it is easy to apply! Our client is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their busy, fast growing and modern business. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours a week between the hours of 9AM-5.30PM, Monday-Sunday on a rotational basis. Friday-Sunday you can work from home ONCE trained.
This is an office based role in Nuneaton where you will be taking calls, answering emails and working on live chat. Helping customers with product delays, handling queries and offering solutions.
It is fast paced but with a lovely team and you will be fully trained. Personality is key, you must be able to lead a conversatuion.
To be considered you MUST:
- Have some form of Customer Service experience
- Be able to commit to full time work between hours of 9AM-5.30PM Monday-Sunday
- Have strong fluent English both written and verbal
- Confident with computers
