Job Title: Digital Campaign Manager
Location: Nuneaton / London
Salary: £50,000-£55,000
Contract: Full time, permanent, hybrid in office 2 days per week (1 day mandatory in Nuneaton)

The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Campaign Manager to lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimisation of digital campaigns across web and mobile platforms. This role plays a key part in shaping the online promotional strategy, ensuring alignment with wider trade planning objectives to maximise revenue and enhance customer engagement.
As a leader within the digital team, you will oversee a small group of professionals, fostering a high-performance culture, driving collaboration, and ensuring the successful delivery of impactful digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the digital promotional strategy, ensuring alignment with wider business objectives.
- Maintain a trading calendar, planning key promotional events to maximise commercial opportunities.
- Oversee and optimise key landing pages to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Analyse digital campaign performance using analytics tools, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with Digital Trading teams to implement strategies that enhance website conversion and overall performance.
- Lead a team, setting clear objectives, providing coaching, and ensuring professional development.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Trade Planning, Marketing, and Commercial teams to deliver seamless campaigns.
- Identify and execute new revenue opportunities, including promotional partnerships and digital activations.
- Manage the creation of digital content, working with creative teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including promotional terms and conditions.
Candidate Criteria
- Proven experience in digital campaign management, ideally within an e-commerce or retail environment.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce principles, including customer journeys, promotions, and trading cycles.
- Proficiency in using analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Content Square) to assess performance and inform decision-making.
- Experience working with content management systems (CMS) and merchandising tools for digital content updates.
- Ability to conduct market and competitor analysis, using insights to shape strategic direction.
- Demonstrated success in executing digital campaigns, setting KPIs, and monitoring performance.
- Previous experience in managing and developing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, and Commercial teams to drive collaboration and efficiency.
- A track record of identifying new revenue streams, such as strategic partnerships or innovative promotional tactics.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and drive performance improvements.
