Aspire People is currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to work across various schools in Nuneaton and Bedworth. This full-time role involves day-to-day support for students from Early Years to Year 6, providing 1:1 assistance and leading small groups. The ideal candidate will be flexible, proactive, and committed to helping children reach their full potential.Key Responsibilities:Providing 1:1 and small group support for children in various year groups (EYFS to Year 6)Supporting teachers with classroom management and lesson deliveryAssisting with planning and delivering tailored learning activitiesMonitoring and assessing pupil progress and reporting to teachersSupporting children with additional needs, ensuring all students feel included and supportedUpholding safeguarding procedures and policies in line with school guidelinesEssential Requirements:Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain oneUp-to-date Safeguarding CertificateExperience working with children across primary school settingsAbility to work collaboratively and adapt to various school environmentsPassionate about supporting children's learning and developmentDesirable:Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalentPrevious experience in a similar roleUnderstanding of SEND and differentiated learningInterviews:Interviews are being conducted now by Ellie from Aspire People.
