Panel Wirer - The Role
Key Responsibilities;
Building and wiring control panels of varying sizes to engineering specifications and quality standards.
Crimping cables, soldering, fitting components, and wiring with precision.
Using battery-powered tools, such as drills and jigsaws, to complete tasks effectively.
Installing and assembling electrical components, including power supplies, relays, switches, terminals, Remote I/O Systems, and automation equipment.
Conducting electrical testing, fault-finding, and commissioning of control panels.
Working collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines and project requirements.
What we need from you
Skills, Knowledge & Experience;
Proven experience as a Panel Wirer or in a similar role.
Ability to build and wire electrical control panels and cabinets from technical drawings and schematics.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and assembly processes.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and wiring schematics.
Experience using hand tools and machinery.
Good time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
