The Role

Embark on a transformative journey with Holland & Barrett's Finance team! As a Senior Payable Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of process efficiency, governance, and business partnering. This role offers the chance to shape the future of our payables team and make a lasting impact on our financial landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Process PO and Non-PO invoices, including matching and coding of expense types.
  • Post multi-currency and urgent business payments in line with policies.
  • Manage Direct Debit payments according to policies.
  • Prepare and execute payment runs following procedural guidelines.
  • Maintain positive relationships and resolve queries with suppliers.
  • Prepare supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with Financial Reporting, Commercial Finance, and the Treasury Team.
  • Assist with month-end processes and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Participate in Finance Transformation projects, including system improvements within Unit 4.

Location: Based in Nuneaton, this role operates under a hybrid model with 2 - 3 days per week on-site, supporting flexibility and productivity.

The Person

  • AAT qualified or studying towards a professional qualification.
  • Knowledge of P2P processes, preferably in a financial control, retail context.
  • Strong MS Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Ability to support and drive process improvements.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and foster a cooperative work environment.
