Finance Manager
SF Recruitment are delighted to be working with a long-established SME manufacturing business based in Nuneaton in the recruitment of a Finance Manager.
We are seeking a finalist part qualified accountant or a qualified/qualified by experience accountant who is keen to working within a hands on, highly supportive team, reporting to the Head of Finance.
This role requires someone to be on-site 5 days a week but flexible hours and lunch time close on a Friday.
In this hands-on position, you'll guide a small finance team and work closely with senior leaders to drive financial planning, budgeting, and cost-control measures across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
Financial Reporting: Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Own the budgeting and forecasting processes.
Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for efficiency.
Cost Control & Process Improvement
Manage a develop a small team.
Business Partnering across departments and projects
