Description
As Head of Finance - FP&A, you will:
- Lead financial planning and analysis, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Partner with the CFO and senior leadership to provide strategic financial insights.
- Drive the three-year strategic financial planning process and deliver key outputs for the Board and investors.
- Manage capital investment planning and cost excellence initiatives.
- Spearhead finance transformation projects to improve efficiency and reporting.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring financial alignment across the business
Profile
- Proven leadership experience - strong experience in financial planning and reporting.
- Retail sector expertise - understanding of industry trends and key financial metrics.
- FP&A and system implementation - experience driving finance transformation.
- Strategic business partnering - ability to challenge and influence executive teams.
- Change leadership - a track record of driving financial and operational improvements.
- Strong analytical skills - ability to translate data into actionable insights.
