Description

As Head of Finance - FP&A, you will:

  • Lead financial planning and analysis, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Partner with the CFO and senior leadership to provide strategic financial insights.
  • Drive the three-year strategic financial planning process and deliver key outputs for the Board and investors.
  • Manage capital investment planning and cost excellence initiatives.
  • Spearhead finance transformation projects to improve efficiency and reporting.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring financial alignment across the business

Profile

  • Proven leadership experience - strong experience in financial planning and reporting.
  • Retail sector expertise - understanding of industry trends and key financial metrics.
  • FP&A and system implementation - experience driving finance transformation.
  • Strategic business partnering - ability to challenge and influence executive teams.
  • Change leadership - a track record of driving financial and operational improvements.
  • Strong analytical skills - ability to translate data into actionable insights.
