Position: Adhoc Cover Teacher
Location: Nuneaton Area
Pay: £150 - £180 per day (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide cover for absent teachers across various subjects and year groups.
• Maintain a positive and productive learning environment for students.
• Follow provided lesson plans and ensure classroom management.
• Support students' academic and personal development.
• Collaborate with other staff to ensure continuity of education.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience in teaching, with the ability to quickly adapt to new classroom environments.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• A passion for education and helping students succeed.
