Red Rock Consultants are currently working with a well-established M&E company based in the West Midlands and surrounding areas.

Due to growth, they are now looking to recruit an Administrator on a 6-month contract to be based in their Nuneaton office to help support the team working in the Property Care Division.

Key Duties of the Administrator position include:

  • Schedule work orders with engineers.
  • Scheduling for all responsive repairs; liaising with tenants, client, contractors, and external parties.
  • Scheduling work across all stated contracts
  • Reacting to emergencies raised by the client and overseeing engineer's attendance.
  • Schedule PPMs to specialist Subcontractors.
  • Handling customer complaints or queries via telephone, email, or letter.
  • Chasing subcontractors’ reports/schedules.
  • Report any issues where suppliers, engineers, subcontractors have failed to respond within the agreed timescales.
  • Ensure completed work has all paperwork in the ECM files ready for invoicing.
  • Ensuring all paperwork, Subcontractor PO’s and Email instructions are in ECM.  
  • Recording on the Vixen Diary all communications, decisions, issues, delays, costs, and correct status.

Person Specification:

  • Desirable a Level 2/3 Customer service
  • Experience within the FM industry.
  • Experience of Microsoft packages, email, and internet
  • Understanding and respect for confidentiality, including the integrity and sensitivity of records
