Are you a dedicated and experienced Band 7 CPN or Social Worker looking to make a difference in child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS)? We are seeking a skilled professional to join a great team as a CAMHS Team Lead in the Nuneaton area.
About the Role:As a key member of our CAMHS team, you will:
- Lead and manage: Provide leadership and oversight to Band 6 staff, ensuring high-quality care delivery.
- Handle complex cases: Oversee and manage a caseload of complex CAMHS cases, offering expert advice and intervention.
- Attend managerial meetings: Represent the team in strategic discussions and decision-making forums.
- Organise budgets: Monitor and manage team budgets effectively, ensuring resources are used efficiently.
- System expertise: Utilise systems such as CareNotes, ESR, and E-Roster to maintain accurate records and streamline operations.
- Qualifications: Must be a qualified Mental Health Nurse (CPN) or Social Worker with relevant registration.
- Experience: Demonstrable experience in CAMHS and managing staff.
- Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- IT Competency: Proficient in using CareNotes, ESR, and E-Roster systems.
- Driving: Must have access to a car and hold a valid driver’s license.
- Flexibility: Some part-remote working may be available but will require discussion with management.
