MS552 - Guest Experience Host Location: NuneatonSalary: £24,000 - £26,200 per annum DOE Overview: First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Guest Experience Host on behalf of one of our clients.Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration. Duties and Responsibilities:     

  • Promote a high level of satisfaction among occupiers and clients by promptly responding to their service requirements.
  • Assure prompt response by other team members and selected contractors through dispatch, voice mail and/or other direct contact.
  • Ensure compliance, after company training, to standards of policies and procedures established for the portfolio.
  • Communicate with occupiers and clients in a courteous manner and be willing to assist where able, acknowledging your role as the first line site ambassador and reflecting the clients image through correct quality service.
  • Meet and greet visitors to the site in a professional, courteous and efficient manner and receive calls and callers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain the tenant primary contact list for the benefit of the management team.
  • Liaise with management team and contractors in respect of reactive and PPM works, including supporting logging maintenance requests. This includes ensuring that all issues are promptly dealt with in accordance with agreed service criteria.
  • Maintains the highest standard of building management and cleanliness within the area of responsibility.
  • Assists the Estate Manager in developing a close working relationship with all contractors.
  • Assisting with room bookings and events, including room setup and refreshments where appropriate - keeping records to facilitate direct charges of these facilities. Also to facilitate site tours and reception and switchboard cover, where appropriate.
  • Communicates clearly and accurately with the Site Team and occupiers, providing necessary support and information.
  • Alongside the Estate Manager and Facilities Team colleagues to provide feedback for input into the site health & safety system. To facilitate all health and safety audits and registration of the same.
  • Supports and promotes occupier and landlord activities.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience of working in a similar role.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of communicating across at various levels.
  • Proactive, flexible attitude to the changes to the company, IT systems and the role.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills.
  • Able to use own initiative.
  • Fulfil the compliance and policy requirements in accordance with company policies and procedures and the relevant legislative framework.
  • Self-Management including showing initiative, being proactive and meeting deadlines.
  • Great service delivery including working in partnership with internal and external individuals and good communicating in written and verbally.
  • Achieving results and prioritising work.
  • Developing self and others and be willing to learn.
