As aSupervisor,you will have 8 Hygiene Technician reports and will be responsible for managing and developing site hygiene systems and processes in line with the Manufacturing Performance System (MPS) goals and objectives to maintain our food safety standards across both our prepack 1 and prepack 2 facilities, currently totalling 15 packing lines.

YOULL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER BY

Maintaining the hygiene management systems in line with Group standards and relevant retailer requirements

Conducting verification activities including environmental swabbing, hygiene audits and internal audits

Leading investigations of out of specification hygiene results and site concessions

Managing the pest control contracts and follow up with any necessary actions

Deputising for the Technical Manager and covering for the Quality Assurance Supervisors when required

Experienced in a hygiene supervisory role in a food manufacturing environment, or similar environment - essential

Experienced in supervising a team - essential

Level 3 food hygiene certified essential

Level 3 HACCP essential

Experienced with high care facilities - advantageous
