Recruitment Account Coordinator

Monday - Friday: 8.00AM - 4.30PM

Annual Salary of £26,000

People Solutions have an excellent opportunity for Account Coordinator to join our team in Nuneaton.

This role will be a mixture of office-based administration and on the shop-floor supporting our workers.

Day to Day Duties

  • Staff Engagement, interaction and support.
  • Assessments & Induction for new hires
  • Managing attendance and dealing with any issues arising
  • Developing the existing pool of staff to support productivity on-site
  • Dealing with the escalation of disciplinary matters
  • Supporting site Account Manager with collation of data for review meetings
  • Developing a strong working relationship at all levels
  • This role may include covering multiple sites, a driving license and own transport is advantageous

Essential Skills

  • Must have strong administration skills, including the use of Microsoft packages such as Excel
  • Be able to work in a high pressure environment.

Desirable Skills

  • You'll be supporting our client's busy operation so experience of recruitment in warehouse and industrial sectors would be beneficial
  • We would also consider applications from applicants with experience in Team Leader/Supervisory/Management roles within a warehouse environment.
