Our leading 'excellent’ rated utilities client is the fastest growing water retail company in the UK. They are proven to provide environmentally friendly water supply, commercial waste, and telecoms services.

We are currently looking for Sales & Renewals Advisors to join a diverse, fast paced team as a first contact for our customer enquiries. Occasional outbound calling to cross selling multiple utilities, telecoms and winning new business. Emphasis on telecoms as the primary sale and commercial water and waste as cross sell.

About this Sales & Renewals Advisor role:

  • Accurately inputting outcomes to Sales Force CRM.
  • Listening to the customers’ needs & objection handling while cross selling multiple utilities and additional Client products.
  • Offering quotations to business customers and closing business through a high volume of outbound and inbound calls to customers.
  • Juggling tasks daily to ensure high levels of effective productivity.
  • Using our custom-built system to generate quotations to new and existing customers.

Necessary skills for this Sales & Renewals Advisor role:

  • Strong relationship building skills to instantly build a rapport with a wide variety of people.
  • IT knowledge(Microsoft office)
  • The confidence and work ethic to talk with lots of business owners every day.
  • The right attitude to enjoy the test of closing a sale and working to targets.
  • Knowledge in UK telecoms or utilities industry desirable but not required.
  • Self-starter with the ability to multi-task with good timekeeping abilities.
  • Target driven and customer oriented.
