Our client is looking for a hands-on, dual-function role combining warehouse duties with technical support for a growing, international company. You’ll support both customers and internal teams, balancing repairs and inspections with warehouse logistics and product assembly.
To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
- Experience in technical maintenance, service, or systems repair
- Working knowledge of plumbing and/or electrics is a plus
- Able to work independently and handle a varied workload
- Comfortable with customer-facing responsibilities
- Proficient with digital tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
- Holds a valid UK driving licence – travel for customer visits is essential
Within this position, you’ll also be:
Warehouse Operations
- Receive deliveries, plan storage, and organise warehouse space
- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders, including assembly of portable units
- Prepare goods for shipping: packaging, labelling, and loading
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts
- Check outgoing goods against invoices and report damages when necessary
- Liaise with departments, especially sales, to ensure seamless operations
Technical Support
- Provide technical advice to both internal teams and external customers
- Collaborate with customer service to resolve issues and support improvements
- Conduct maintenance, inspections, and repairs
- Support the sales team with technical input and queries
- Visit customers for on-site repairs and troubleshooting
Working hours and Salary
- Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm
- £28,800 per annum
