Sonic Summary

The position is for a Fire Alarm Service Engineer at a reputable national Fire and Electrical Company due to expansion.
The salary range for this role is £33,000 to £38,000, with overtime available at time and a half rates.
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience servicing and maintaining both conventional and addressable Fire Alarm Systems.
Experience in the domestic/social housing sector is preferred, along with a full UK driving licence and FIA training being desirable but not essential.
The role includes servicing Fire Alarm Systems, maintaining Emergency Lights and Fire Extinguishers, and offers 22 days of holiday plus bank holidays with a company vehicle provided for personal use.

The Company: Highly accredited and reputable national Fire and Electrical Company are on the lookout for new and talented Fire Alarm Engineers due to expansion.

Package:

£33,000 - £38,000 basic

Overtime Available – Time and a half rates

Travel Time paid after 30 minutes travel each way.

22 days’ holiday + Bank Holidays

Company Vehicle Provided - Personal use

Main Responsibilities:

Service and maintain Fire Alarm Systems – Addressable and conventional

Service and maintain Emergency Lights

Maintain Fire Extinguishers

Working in the domestic/ social housing sector

Knowledge and experience:

3 years plus experience servicing and maintaining Fire Alarm Systems, both conventional and addressable systems.

Happy to and worked with the social housing sector.

FIA Training / Qualifications being desirable but not essential

Familiar with and understand BS5839-1

Full UK driving licence – no points desired
