Our client is a highly reputed, multi-discipline law firm that has been established for over a century. Offering services for both idividuals and businesses, they have been a cornerstone for legal support throughout the local community for an extensive period of time. They pride themselves on providing expert legal advice and are currently searching for a Head of Private Client to run their Wills and Probate department.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious legal professional to step into a senior leadership role, shaping the direction of the department whilst ensuring clients receive a brilliant service. You will be playing a crucial role in driving growth, mentoring team members and ensuring that the department operates in an efficient and profitable manner.
Duties
- Taking full responsibility for leading and developing the Private Client Department
- Playing a key role in business development, operational strategy and managing client relationships
- Fostering a positive and productive working culture
- Identifying growth opportunities for the firm
- Enhancing the firm’s profile and attracting new clients
- Shaping the departments growth
- Contributing to the overall success of the practice
- Exceeding fee income targets as a team whilst ensuring high service levels are maintained
You
- You must have a minimum of 8 years’ post-qualification experience in Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney, Inheritance Tax and Trusts
- Full STEP membership and Court of Protection experience is desirable but not essential
- Strong client care skills with the ability to provide clear and compassionate legal advice
- Proven track record of exceeding targets
