What You'll Be Doing:
- You will be very much the reliable "go-to" person for the Conveyancing team, ensuring smooth operations throughout
- Managing file openings and setting up new client files
- Sending out client care packs and liaising with clients and third parties by telephone, email and face to face
- Carrying out searches using the Land Registry portal
- Audio and copy typing of correspondence and legal documents
- Using a legal case management system
What We're Looking For:
- A career secretary/administrator with a minimum of one to two years' experience in conveyancing
- Knowledge of the Land Registry portal and legal case management systems
- Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail
- Great communication skills and organisational skills
- A passion for supporting a team and delivering exceptional service

This is a full-time permanent position working9am – 5:15pm, Monday to Friday. The role is fully office-based.
**This is very much a “career secretary” position, which will not be suitable for paralegals who are wishing to qualify**
