We have a fantastic opportunity to join us as a Supply Chain Planner - B2B to lead and deliver the end-to-end operational integration of a new B2B partnership, ensuring seamless setup, execution, and optimisation of supply chain processes. The role focuses on enabling the partnership's growth and long-term success by driving efficiency, cost savings, and service excellence through close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B Partnership Integration: Develop and manage operational plans, align stakeholders, and oversee supply chain activities for B2B partnerships.
  • Supply Chain Design & Planning: Create supply chain strategies, manage inventory and forecasts, and optimize for partner needs and efficiency.
  • Operational Execution: Ensure seamless daily operations, monitor performance, and drive process improvements to reduce costs and lead times.
  • Performance Management: Establish and track KPIs, report on performance, and drive continuous improvements.
  • Risk Management: Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve supply chain issues to maintain high service levels.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams (commercial, tech, legal, finance) to align processes, integrate systems, and optimize supply chain outcomes.

Location:

This role is based in Nuneaton, and is required to travel to our Burton Distribution Centre and occasionally to any other location of H&B. We support flexibility and productivity of our employees by hybrid working arrangements with minimum 2 days presence in the offices.

The Person

Key Requirements:

  • End of end supply chain understanding and practical ability to redesign and find short term and longer term solutions.
  • Knowledge and experience with supply chain management software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and data analytics tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of B2B supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
  • Planning and execution skills with a project management qualification and experience desirable.
  • Ability to manage stock pragmatically.
  • Collaboration, influencing and communications skills vital. An ability to work productively with a range of stakeholder and leaders to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Resilient and adaptable, adopting a problem solving mindset using data and experience.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B supply chain management, operational execution, and building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Experience in supply chain management, with at least 2 years of experience managing B2B partnerships and operational integrations.
  • Experience in managing large-scale partnerships, including working with third-party suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to meet service levels and performance targets.
