We are currently recruiting for 7 Warehouse Team Leaders/Supervisors for a Industry Leading Logistics Company in the CV10 area of Nuneaton!

Position Details:

  • Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, with start times varying between 4 pm and 6 pm based on volume. End times will similarly vary between 12 am and 2 am. In true peak this will be a 10 hour 4pm - 2am shift.
  • Experience: Candidates must have prior experience as a team leader or supervisor within a warehouse or logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership in managing nightly operations, overseeing team productivity and ensuring smooth inbound/outbound processes.
  • Actively addressing performance issues and fostering a high-performance environment.
  • Providing support to Process Managers by stepping in when required.
