We are a recruiting for an experienced Digital Marketing Officer on an initial 3-month temporary contract with the view to potential go permanent. You will be working for a well-established College within the Warwickshire area. The main purpose of the role is to be responsible for planning, creating and implementing the digital communication strategy and activity across the organisations channels as well as looking at the organisation website to evaluate and provide recommendations. As a Digital Marketing Officer, your main responsibilities will be: *Assist the team leader and work with the digital team to implement the college digital communication strategy *Develop content plans for the digital channels and successfully communicate the annual social media plan *Develop, deliver and manage paid digital marketing campaigns *Support with overseeing the website development and maintenance*Communicating with external marketing agencies and internal stakeholders*Staying up to date with latest external social media trends and digital technologies*Monitor and report on key competitor activity *Support wider team with range of marketing activity as required Skills and experience required for the role:*Experience in digital marketing*Experience of writing content and editing *Marketing background *IT literate confident using web-publishing software *Good understanding of GDPR*Excellent communication and written skills *Ability to manage workloads *Experience in using Wordpress Working Hours/Pay rate: *Full time working 37.5 hours a week, with open discussion of working hybrid*Paying £12.79 p/h Please note under the safeguarding act an Enhanced DBS or update service check will be required.
