The Role

• Provide leadership to the Technical Team.
• Support, drive, and improve the QMS
• Build strong customer relationships and exceed customer expectations
• Take responsibility for the implementation of all retailer requirements, BRC procedures, guidelines, and recommendations and for ensuring successful audits.
• Lead the HACCP and TACCP teams.
• Keep up to date with legislation and emerging issues.
• Provide training and guidance to the production teams in relation to quality, food safety, legislation and hygiene.

• Hands-on, highly visible and credible on the shop floor.
