A competitive salary is offered, commensurate with experience (c£45,000 to £55,000 per annum as a guideline)
We are working in partnership with a highly reputable, well-established, successful Legal 500-recognised law firm who are looking to attract an experienced Private Family Lawyer (Solicitor or CLE) to join their busy, expanding team based in Nuneaton. Free parking is available on site. Hybrid working will be accommodated. .
This is a key role within the business, offering excellent scope for career progression, within a dynamic, forward-thinking law firm.
The role will involve:
- Running a caseload of family law matters including divorce and civil partnership dissolution, financial settlements, child arrangement orders, domestic abuse, child abduction and mediation
- Liaising with clients by phone, email, and face to face, keeping them fully updated
- Mentoring and assisting less experienced team members
Suitable Candidates will have:
- Fully qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive status
- Around 5 years'+ experience in private family law
- Sound experience in managing a privately funded, family law caseload
- A strong desire to further your career
- Excellent communication skills, with a client focused approach
This is a full-time permanent job, however we will also consider applications from candidates seeking flexible or part time hours. Hybrid working patterns will be accommodated.
