What You'll Do:

As a pivotal member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers and have ownership of specific customer accounts. Your role will involve a variety of exciting responsibilities, including:

  • Handling Queries: Tackle customer inquiries with efficiency and professionalism, ensuring every customer gets the same experience
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and managers to uphold the highest standard of customer service, fostering a supportive and positive work environment.
  • Customer Engagement: Participate in activities aimed at customer retention and growth, driving engagement and strengthening our Member relationships.
  • Data Management: Take part in data rounds and meet strict deadlines by collecting member data submissions for regulatory registration. Ensure accuracy by checking and querying data diligently.
  • Conduct Audits: Undertake desk-based audits of Members data and obligations, contributing to the integrity and reliability of our scheme.
  • Set up new customer accounts and ensure all compliance criteria is met and completed to a high standard.
