BASED IN NUNEATON

The main feature of this role will be to provide exceptional customer service and business support in order to contribute to the continued growth and success of the Business. Understanding, anticipating and delivering to customer and business needs.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing support to the operational team answering calls and emails in a professional manor and ensuring all items are followed up
  • Liaise closely with site teams and management, ensuring accurate processing of quotations and purchase orders
  • Producing project paperwork documentation
  • Ensuring Service Management System is up to date
  • Helping organise the engineering team, planning in work and ensuring materials are on site at the required time.
  • Producing reports for the management team
  • Monitoring calls received from the customer through to call completion and updating records
  • Allocation of internal engineers to call outs and maintenance visits, driving the engineering team to attend to all callouts within required SLA's.
  • Ensure QHSE documentation is maintained and readily available using company systems
  • Manage the service management system as a key user, providing training where required to others.
  • Promote and maintain company culture throughout the team
